Whether you've found this website yourself, or a trusted colleague referred you, it is important that we make sure there is match between what you are looking for, and what Best Education has to offer. To facilitate that process, we take the following approach:
- We make an initial connection. This usually occurs with an email to bradniebling@best-ed.org.
- A meeting is scheduled for initial intake.
- The intake meeting conducted.
- We determined whether or not there is a match based on the results of the intake.
- If a match exists, we can then establish a contract to work together.

Once we have established a mutual intent to work together, we will formalize that intent with a contract. In general, that will entail the following process:
- Best Education will write up a scope of work and share that along with the terms of service with you.
- Negotiation on the draft contract continues until all parties agree.
- The contract will be routed for signatures by all parties.
- Was signed and enacted, all parties will receive fully-signed copies of the contract.

Once we have established a contract, then our collaboration begins! There are many different versions of the continuous improvement process, and we will work to adapt to the process you use. In general, you can expect the following:
- We will conduct a needs assessment through Review, Interview, Observation, and Testing (RIOT) procedures.
- We then engage in collaborative plan development, so we have a clear path for doing our work together.
- Plan implementation is customized to your needs. Best Education will provide a variety of strategies to support you on your implementation journey, such as direct coaching, consulting, and training.
- Evaluation of progress can be both formative and summative, focusing on both implementation efforts, as well as whether or not outcomes goals are being met.
- Finally, we will determine what next steps, if any, are needed.

There are so many outstanding intermediate service agencies, state departments of education, and professional organizations doing excellent work across the country. Best Education is a collaborative organization that seeks to add value to the collective educational system. In this spirit, we work to avoid duplicating services offered by others within educational systems. We are always open to conversations to try and achieve this goal, including the exploration of potential partnerships. Furthermore, we encourage districts and schools to capitalize on existing resources from these organizations. There is no shortage of work to do, so you can find high-quality, cost-effective resources and services from these other groups, we encourage you to pursue those opportunities.
